hello everyone thank-you for the advice mrs porthouse this time i have researched the 60s 70s and 80s anyway here are some other questions on fashion in the 60s.

1. are you familiar with Hulanicki's work?

2. do you know caroline charles and if you do, do you like her?

3. which types of dresses were in fashion then?

4.who was your favourite fashion designer in the 60s or 70s or 80s?

Good questions but do you remember intervewing the grandparents? you had to narrow down the type of questions to get the best answers. Why don't you research a decade and see if the parents, aunts and uncles agree with your information and have fun remembering their youth.
For example for the 1960's you could ask:-
"Did you wear a mini skirt?" or "Where you a rocker or a mod?"

I have found a wicked web site that will make your power point presentations brilliant. It is called earthalbun. It is a combination of Google Earth and Flickr www.earthalbum.com. You click onto a country and images from that country appear. Not all the countries are named but they are there if you know where to click. Cool.

If I were to ask my grandparents about their lives, I would ask them what kind of music they listened to, what was their favourite fashion and what their hobbies were. I love going to the cinema and watching films so I think I would also like to know what their favourite movies were and who their favourite film star was.
